Carolina Jasmine Brown Rice is fluffy and slightly firmer and chewier than Carolina Jasmine White Rice, and gives off a fragrant, subtly nutty aroma to add flavor to any recipe. Add Jasmine rice to rice salad, rice bowls, rice pudding, stir fry, fried rice, and more. This rice is crafted to separate evenly after cooking to easily absorb your favorite seasonings and prevent clumping. It's sodium-free, cholesterol-free, and made without MSG or preservatives. Carolina Jasmine Rice is Non-GMO Project Verified and Certified Gluten-Free.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil (Cooking Measurement Chart: 4 Servings (3/4 Cup Cooked): 1 cup rice; 1-1/2 cups water; Makes 3 cups (cups cooked). 8 Servings (3/4 Cup Cooked): 2 cups rice; 2-3/4 cups water; Makes 9 cups (cups cooked). 12 Servings (3/4 Cup Cooked): 3 cups rice; 4 cups water; Makes 9 cups (cups cooked)). 2. Stir in rice (Add 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired). 3. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
