My toddler saw these in the store and lost his mind!! They didn't have his size so I went home and ordered them. It doesn't say in the description but they are light up. The bottoms and the shark decal both light up which he loves. The only thing I don't like is the strap isn't really long enough to Velcro properly but they stay on without.
