This is what I was looking for, living in the southwest. I like the size (6ft) I purchased and the price was OK. I guess I really wanted to have it for next Christmas. The base is pretty terrible and I'll have to find something sturdier, not impressed with it. It fits in a corner of the living room and that was key for me. I like that it is pre-lit too. May keep up all year but not sure as it will be a dust collector. Very unusual, so I'm pleased.
