Ordered this tent for my son's birthday party. One of the poles is broken. I have sent 2 emails looking for replacement parts through Walmart which supposedly forwards it to the seller - NO RESPONSE. I may have to lug this 65lb tent into Walmart. I've never had a problem on Amazon when reaching out to their customer service.

Disappointed

We were so excited to receive this canopy. We opened it up and the middle bracket was broke. To top it off I sprayed the top with a hose, and it leaked through the seams. NOT WATERPROOF TOP as started.
