Camco’s Anode Rod can be installed into the existing hot water connection of a standard residential water heater. Sacrificial aluminum anode rods extend water heater tank life by providing galvanic corrosion protection for the water heater tank. It preserves the life of your water heater by corroding itself so you water heater tank does not. 42” long flexible anode rod has three flexible segments that allow it to accommodate water heaters with low clearance. The 3/4"-14NPT dielectric nipple is long enough to install on water heaters with more insulation, in accordance with new NAECA regulations. Made of aluminum.
