Customer support

I bought a Moen motion sense kitchen faucet back in 2017 and it worked great until recently. Unfortunately Moen's customer support line is either busy or they ask you to schedule a call for a week later. I tried ordering the parts I need on their website and of course it won't put the part I need in my cart so I can check out. Been without a kitchen sink for over two weeks.
