Poor quality control, low quality

I bought a Trail Gear Hydro-assist ram for my trail rig. Upon installing my brand new ram, it leaked profusely. I reached out to Trail Gear's customer service. They sent me a list of possible issues, then ghosted me. Literally have not responded. I opened the ram, knowing I'd likely void a warranty, but that I was on my own anyway. Had a split o-ring and broken backing ring. I sent pictures to Trail Gear. Nothing. I'm strictly a PSC customer now!

Its built right

It turns my 40 inch boggers like butter and it was relatively an easy install all i did was trill and port my steering box and it works great
