Item arrived with large hole on side of box. Thankful no discernable damage. I purchased this to pick up liquid amber (blue gum) balls off of my drive and lawn. Not much to assemble so you are able too use right away. First thing is that the handle seems a bit short. I am just over 5' tall and felt it was on the verge of being to short for me. it has a telescoping handle and it comes in 3 sections. Top section slipped on me a few times as you must push down firmly sometimes. otherwise i could roll over the balls firmly and enter into basket. NOTE: do not overfill. In order to empty ball you separate the wires and give it a good shake. If there are too many (spiny) balls they become stuck and it makes emptying difficult. I would imagine this wouldnt be a problem with nuts etc. It takes more time to empty container than it does to fill it. It does save my back a great deal and saved me a bit of time. I paid $40 for this. Idk if its worth it for that amount of money and for anyone tall i would not recommend because of the handle length. Otherwise, it does what it was designed to do and for the most part i am happy with my purchase.
