If I could give this thing 100 stars, I would. My ear has been blocked for over 2 weeks now, and I have tried everything. I immediately opened this as soon as I got it, filled it up with a peroxide water solution, and within minutes, I could hear again!!! It's probably the best I've heard in years! The amount of wax that came out of my ear was nauseating (yes, i do clean my ears daily, but have had chronic wax buildup my entire life.) Save yourself some money and a trip to the doctor. This is a MUST-HAVE! I should have bought it years ago!!!!!!
