Like the old, best selling Fenwick Techna!

This is a rebirth of an old standby favorite. It is always difficult to rebrand a rod that was once so popular, but Fenwick has done it. It has a similar feel (I still have 2 Techna rods) and the durability so far seems quite similar. What I really like is the solid feel up and down the rod. I can cast a mile with my MGX and I feel every rock my bait rolls over. I'm getting use to the graphics and really like the reel seat. This is a winner folks!

Light weight, lots of power

After breaking an Aetos 7'3" MH that I loved, I was sent the Techna as a replacement. My son invited me to fish the Cleveland lake front on Lake Erie around the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. After the first hook set I knew this rod would be one of my favorites. We had a Hall of fame day and the Techna did the job. We pitched creature baits around the rocks and in submerged vegetation, catching bass after bass. Thanks for continuing to build awesome products. I've used Fenwick rods since the late "60s" and they continue to amaze me.
