Command Picture & Frame Hanging Strips, 96 Large Strips - 48 Pair

They work great for people like me who rent and aren't allowed to put holes in walls, but you need to use about 2-3 sets (4-6 individual strips) to hold 1 -8x10 framed picture. Don't know where they got that they can hold 16lbs from maybe .25 lbs. Unless they are talking about the whole package. Also they are 1 time use. You want to change the picture in frame on the wall bc you're kids school pics came in? You'll need some new strips. 1 might stay on the wall 1 might come off with the frame etc. So you'll have to plan on replacing at least 1 strip from every pair used. That being said though I really do love these and all my pictures and art work in my entire apartment are held up using these. Including all my daughters gymnastics medals.
