I was skeptical because of the reviews. Kept the box just in case but I actually really like it. I'm a work from home mom of a 8 month old and I needed a little help. I love to have everything clean and this makes me feel like I'm doing good enough lol. I read in a review you can't put solution in it for mopping so I think I'll try a natural based cleaner like vinegar and water or find something that's gentle enough for the machine. Hopefully that will help with that issue vs just letting it mop with water lol
