Confidence Builder, Stomach size decrease, independent

I am happy I purchased this product. I was having a hard time doing the sit-ups on my own. I needed assistance. Sometimes there was no one around to hold my feet. But now I can do it in my own.  In addition to becoming independent,  I lost some weight and the instructions gave other potential exercises that can be done.

elastic band

Elastic band: it is very convenient and light to use, and does not take up space. It can exercise our back, shoulder, bicep and other muscle groups. The foot design is also very practical, which can fix the elastic band well and prevent it from getting hurt when using.
