I have these tires on my V8 swapped BMW E30, only in the rear. I don't drive in the rain, so can't review there. In dry conditions there's very little slip & they grip very well during rough gear shifts. The car is lowered and there's a good amount of rear camber, they wore less than the Toyo Proxes R1R I ran before. They also rubbed less, but that's more a fitment related variable. The cabin noise is so loud I can't comment on much else, but they're very confidence inspiring.

Put these R888Rs on the rear of my W212 E63 and WOW. The day these were put on I tested them from a dig straight through 157mph on an unprepped surface. Dead hook - perfect run. Next day, tested them on the drag strip at Palm Beach International Raceway. Perfect. Previous tires to these were Mickey Thompson's and I'm much happier with the Toyos. My only complaint is they are a bit noisy at higher speeds, but you get used to it or just turn the music up. Been needing new tires for a while and decided to go big, got the Toyo proxes R888R and it was one of the best purchases I've made. Tires grip fat when needed too, makes the road feel smooth, tread looks aggressive. Decided to go from 265 to 275 and the tire was straight to fender for a clean look. Might be in the higher price section but with affirm you can pay it off month by month which is an Amazing offer. If you're looking for an aggressive yet amazing tire these are definitely the go too !
