Un antiquísimo manuscrito, el Libro de Abraham, desvela en sus páginas la más preciada fórmula alquimista: cómo fabricar oro. Quien lo tenga en sus manos deberá saber hacer uso de él y guardarse de la codicia ajena.

El canónigo Armena tuvo que sufrir grandes avatares para dar con la fórmula, acechado por la Inquisición y por los rumores que le acusaban de practicar brujería. La reaparición casual del libro en Madrid, cinco siglos más tarde, pone en alerta a la CIA, al Mossad y a una poderosa mafia rusa, y activa una trepidante trama de inesperado final.

Canon Armena had to suffer great ups and downs to find the formula, stalked by the Inquisition and by rumors accusing him of practicing witchcraft. The surprising reappearance of the book in Madrid five centuries later, puts the CIA, the Mossad, and a powerful Russian mafia on high alert, and triggers a fast-paced plot with an unexpected end.
