They don't stick at all

The 3m paper that I had to peel off stuck to my fingers and the ground better than the tank pads stuck to my gas tank. I cleaned and dried my tank and it stuck for about 2 seconds before falling off. I also contacted customer support as I got a card with it that said I would get a refund or replacement if I wasn't happy, a week later haven't heard anythinf
