Bad out of the box.

Helmet is 19 months old out of the box. Per DOT helmet has 5 year lifespan. Contacted Walmart and learned this was shipped from a third party and I'd have to wait 48 hours for a reply. It's been 5 days and no response. Poor service, poor item.
