I love this product - it's so easy to use. Regular shampoo with lilac color. The more you use (saturation) and the longer you leave it on, the darker the color will be. So completely within your control. If it comes out too dark, just shampoo and rinse until it lightens to the color your want. Be aware that hairspray and any other styling products will also lighten it. But no big deal - you can top up the color whenever you like. Been using this for years and get so many compliments. By far the easiest hair color product I've used and zero commitment.
