Sizing is Way Off

I normally buy Hanes socks for my husband but these were slightly cheaper so I bought these. He said they were way too tight on his legs. So I took these for myself and bought him the Hanes. These socks are so tight on my calves that it cuts off my circulation and leaves deep red indentations at the top of the sock… for reference I am a 115 lb woman and literally have scrawny chicken legs so there's no reason mens socks should be this tight on my legs. The foot sizing is fine, and the material is soft and cushiony. But the leg sizing is more like a child's size. I ended up having to toss them all out.
