I ordered the set of 2. Only one remote came which happened to a different reviewer as well. Based on that review, I contacted the seller three different ways: through the Walmart website, also via email to the seller, and called/left a message. The next day they responded via walmart website and said they'd send the second remote ASAP. Then they sent me the tracking number in my email. I got the second remote two days later and all is good. I'm glad they were so responsive and took care of the issue right away so I didn't have to deal with multiple follow-ups/emails/calls etc. They did a great job.

M3-2312 Remote Don't work

I received the Marantec M3-2312 remote followed simple directions didn't work. Contacted 365 Garage Door Parts. They sent more directions, followed them still didn't work. Tried at least 10 times to program nothing. Sent it back thru WalMart they charged me for shipping and restocking.
