Item hasn't arrived and tracking is useless

Website side 3-5 days shipped via FedEx, however the item was shipped with GlobalTranz? Tracking ID is useless and only shows the date the item was picked up but no information on where it is. Order was placed 8/3 and as of 8/19 my item has still now arrived.
