Chalk it up to our super clean cross lap bracing and top quality materials, the Series 7 packs a punch. The spruce top is striking beneath the Tobacco Sunburst finish, framed by vintage-style checkerboard binding. The bound soundhole and Harmonella stencil fretboard markers are both functional and stylistic. Both the Tobacco Sunburst and Matte Black models include bone nuts and saddles and ivory-button tuning machines. Also available is the Golden Strings #1 Decal model, featuring intricate fancywork over our beautiful Tobacco Sunburst finish. Unexpected poor quality.
It looks good in pictures, but in real life the fret markers were poorly PAINTED AND THE PAINT BLED PAST THE MARKINGS INTO THE ADJACENT WOOD GRAIN. The fretboard itself was rough and you can feel the wood grain under your fingertips. The sound was decent for an expensive small guitar. The neck was straight. The overall fit and finish was poor and looked cheaper than I would have expected. The strap button at the end of the bout was plastic. There was no strap button near the front of the body. All in all it is not worth $200.00 in my opinion.
