Too small

These skis are fine on hardpacked snow but on soft snow (fresh snow) they sink right in. The skis are about 9 inch long and 2 inches wide. I think if they were 12 by 3 inches they would work much better and not add a lot of weight. I am flying a Kingfisher 1400.
