Exactly as Advertised

Unlike some people, if an item does exactly what it is supposed to do, I give it 3 stars, not 5. If an item does even more than it is supposed to do, I give more stars. This threshold does exactly what it is supposed to do. It performs as advertised, not more, nor less. It does come 0.125" longer than 36", but better to have too much than not enough. When installing, I recommend masking the outside side and the aluminum plate to prevent the construction adhesive from riding up onto those areas while sliding it in to position. You may also need a rubber mallet, or hammer and a block of wood to "help" it into place. It is made well, and is the only one I could find that is the correct width. All of the others I searched for are over-wide. I will purchase another of these when replacing another door and threshold.
