Need to return used spindle assembly. JRD

The spindle assembly had previously been installed, and then returned to Wal Mart. The spindle had been removed from the original manufacturer's plastic sealed packaging. When opening the delivered carton, the oil seal was loose in the carton, and the blade washer was also loose in the carton. The Oil Seal and the blade washer should have been mounted on the spindle assembly.
