Please do the troubleshooting first
1.Connect the gaming headset to your computer, Opening the Switch of the Microphone and then adjusting the volume, (Please attention there is a mute button on the cord, please do not turn on it), Test the voice and mic, if you can not talk with other on computer, it prove the headset is defective
