PERFECT SIZE COMPOSTING BIN AND STAINLESS STEEL TOO!!!
I really love this Compost Bin. I wasn't sure that it would be feasible to me, but that is definitely not the case. It has turned out to be one of the best items in my kitchen.
NO longer do I have a soggy garbage bag that I have to keep covered due to odors under my sink cabinet due to the things that I can't put down the garbage disposal such as coffee grounds, egg shells and other things. It has totally eliminated my problems with the garbage.
Also some of my neighbors are growing small patio gardens and said they would take all the compost I have when I want to dump my can every week or less. That made me really happy and them too!! As I don't need that much for my veggies and fruits I grown on my patio.
It has the following awesome features too:
It has a really strong and sturdy carrying handle so no danger of it dumping while I am taking it to the other compost bin to dump. So now I have a convenient solution to recycle all my leftovers, coffee grounds, egg shells, veggie wastes, onions and other things. Oh how sweet is that.
It has a really great DOUBLE FILTRATION SYSTEM and has 2 Charcoal Filters that absorb all the odors. They really work well, as I have not smelled anything since I put it on the counter and started putting things into it every day. No not one hint of the onion smell either. lol
It is dishwasher safe, all you have to do is remove the filters first and then reinstall them when it is clean and dry again which is an easy task.
The size is awesome. I thought it might be too big but it fits perfectly on my counter and it looks great too as it is all Stainless Steel of which I love. So this makes the durability of it perfect. NO BREAKING OR RUSTING! The measurements are: Height with lid is 11.25" and the Width (diameter) with lid is 7.25".
In fact, a use for a second one. I am going to get a kitty and I am going to buy one for the litter in between changing the large one in the closet. It definitely will keep the odor gone and that is a must for me. NO ODORS of any kind lingering around and (ocd kicking in) so of course I will line it with a bag for easy dumping and no nasty stuff on the sides of the bin. lol This will be perfect for that!!!
I hope that if you need a place for composting in your kitchen you would give this one a try as it is such a great size and stainless steel too. I don't think you will regret it either. I am very happy with it.
