I love this pack of three teas from Yogi. The names of all three apply to what I’m striving for every day. First of all, I prefer a cup of hot tea to eating breakfast and it’s handy to take in a travel mug on the way to work. I start my day usually with the Everyday Sweet Lemon. It is delicious and I like the supporting immunity claim. The Elderberry Lemon Balm is also yummy and has the added antioxidant benefits of elderberry. Lastly the Honey Chai Turmeric is wonderful. While the other two have a more citrusy taste, this has the added spicy blend of ginger, cinnamon, clove and cardamom which is a lovely and tasty blend that I love in the evenings. And I also love each one of these teas cold. I put one in a bottle of water and let it sit and flavor it the whole time I’m drinking it. I really like the Yogi brand, well made and very flavorful blends. Try them for yourself…..

I love that the assortment is designated for immune support yet has a variety of flavors. My favorite is the elderberry lemon balm. I found this tea to be quite soothing. Many teas cause a slight irritation in my throat but I had no problem at all with 2 of them. The sweet lemon did cause a very mild irritation. If you have no problem drinking herbal teas, you'll have no problem with these. If herbal tea normally causes you to fell a scratchiness in your throat when drinking, these may do the same, but, if you're like me and it's not bad, you should try these.The flavors are good. It's not a bad idea to boost one's immunity these days!
