Boxy, fitted, lightweight cover up

It's runs small. There's a seam down the side that makes it more fitted to the body. I don't think sizing up would have helped as there is about 6 inches off the seam to the tassels that just kinda flaps around. It's both fitted and a big box. Color was multicolor strips and not the rust and white as the photo showed. Nice but not for me.
