Received Wrong Model (inferior) %26 Color
Received the wrong model as well as color and it's an inferior model and noted the difference below. There's a blemish on the top that noticeable (see attached photo). Received the wrong model desk (DESK-E155TC vs the DESK-E155TN) which does not include the headset hanging accessory nor the right side accessory holder. This model also does not include the two holes on top with grommets. The weight capacity of the desk I received is 88lbs whereas the one I ordered supports 154 lbs VIVO did offer me a refund but the desk would need shipped back to VIVO and it would have been a lot of work and time to rebox it. They did offer a $45 credit which i did accept, but would have much preferred receiving what I initially ordered.
