Warranty information
All Etonic footwear styles are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase. Defective footwear will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent style at Etonic's sole discretion. Etonic warrants certain footwear styles to be free of material or workmanship flaws that cause the footwear to leak water for up to 2 years from the date of the original purchase. Claims for damaged, altered, or abused footwear will not be honored under either warranty. Within the first year of the waterproof warranty Etonic will repair or replace footwear with the same or equivalent style. Within the second year of a 2 year warranty, Etonic will credit 50% of the original cost toward the purchase of the same or equivalent style. All returns are recommended to include the original purchase slip. Returns without the original purchase slip will be honored at Etonic?s sole discretion.
