Its ok......
It looks exactly as pictured. If you are remotely on the heavy side, you can tip over in the chair while reclined/ have the footrest out. When you go to recline, the lower part of the back area, which is seperated from the seat area, creates a gap. So, if you have a larger bottom like me, it actually pinches you when you sit back up. The cord for the massage feature is TOO short, cant really move around too much.
