These stick better than the silicone bandages, but aren't great for heavy drainage. When I was put on a new treatment for my wounds that included a foam pad before the bandage I was able to use these. I also like them because they are much less expensive than the silicone bandages. I have United healthcare and they don't pay for wound supplies unless they are a direct prescription from your physician. Because I have Home Healthcare they wouldn't pay for them so I've been glad to have found these.
