When I first received this and opened the bag, I could not really discern a scent other than plain coffee. However, once brewed, it was delicious, and the flavor was evident. I would describe this as a medium roast coffee,and my family loves it. Was a great find!

This coffee is ground very fine, has a mild flavor and very smooth..........I made up some "homemade" Irish Cream Creamer with whipping cream, chocolate, coffee granuales, vanilla and almond extract and the two are PERFECT! Really enjoying this coffee! I would not want it all the time, it's a very pronounced "flavor", but for a treat now and then.......AWESOME!
