People complain that it has chopped up foam inside. This pillow takes the guess work out of purchasing a pillow. Now, there are so many options based on your sleeping style. I am primarily a back sleeper and have struggles for years to find the right "fit" for my neck and back. My partner is a side sleeper and has also struggled to find a pillow that has just the "right" loft. My Pillow works great for both of us.
