This fruit punch flavored Kinderlyte beverage is really good. I purchased this on a whim to keep on hand whenever I feel dehydrated. Well, I decided to try it this morning. While I'll admit that I prefer Pedialyte as a liquid rehydration supplement, this fruit punch flavor wasn't bad. I didn't need to dilute it with water. The taste wasn't overly sweet nor was the liquid thick. I felt less fatigued afterwards because I'd rehydrated.
