Wonderful!!! I lost 15 pounds in the first 2 weeks. I never felt hungry which is a plus for me. The only bad thing about it is that i felt weak and tired for the first week I guess my body had to get use to is. I also ran in the treadmill for 30 min every other day. overall great product i would recommend this to anyone.

There is Hope!

My hopes are raised that I can actually follow this weight-loss plan. It provides help to overcome my dependency on blood pressure and diabetis medications. My metamorphisis begins.

Life saver!

Education on healthy eating is a must nowadays with all the food choices we have it's easy to mistaken what's good food and what's making us sick and fat. I wish this book was around about 10 years ago! You won't look at food the same after reading this. Nor will you second guess the importance in exercise to REAL weightloss, not the yo-yoing kind that happens when we starve ourselves. This book is for real, and real life.
