A really nice crochet book!

This book is really easy to use and helps with how to expand and shape corners, and rounded and triangular, and pointed edges. It is easy to follow and has good visuals: both diagrams and pictures. It is small enough to be easy to handle. It stays open to the pages because of the spiral pages connectors. I think this is one of the most helpful crochet books to have.

Great book to learn motifs.

This book was exactly what I wanted. It clearly illustrated how to make crochet motifs, how to choose which yarns to make them in, how to change colors, and more. It offers a few basic ideas on designing with motifs, but leaves you free to do with them as you wish. It includes both written instructions and charts, and the instructions are quite clear, even to those with little experience reading patterns. Also, there are full colored photos of every motif, which is lovely. The only thing I would have liked to see is a bit more info on how motifs can be joined, as not every crocheter knows all the different methods. Overall, though, this book is excellent.
