Great fan. Between these and the Minka Concept, it's all we use anymore for interior fans. Worth mentioning, you can hear a slight hum from the motor on some units, it seems to be hit or miss whether it happens or not. But the quality of the fan itself, is great, and the volume of air this specific model can move is very impressive, and it seems impossible to get these to spin off-balance if you install per the instructions. I don't love that many new fans have a remote these days, but they also require you to leave the switch intact so you can re-program the remote to the receiver in certain situations, so I've resorted to buying switch lockouts to cover the switch so nobody turns the fan switch off, then wonders why the fan isn't working. Overall quality of this fan though, it's great. Easy to assemble if you follow the directions. 5-6ft of wire for installs requiring a long downrod. I'd personally prefer to hardwire (no remote) and maybe there's a kit for that, but we've always used the remote receiver, which tucks nicely in the fan ceiling bracket.
