Mediocre Leggings, Not Tights

I was not pleased with the tightness at the waist. I liked the idea of the small back pocket on the long tights, as I do have the running shorts which also have the back pocket. When I got the item, there was a small flair at the bottom of the tights. They were not fitted at the bottom as I first thought when making the purchase. Also, the print on the tights were not as appealling up close. I have returned them because they would just sit in my closet.
