[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks ago I got ratio keto bar.And it was delicious.It was nutty crunchy.It had almond pumpkin seed cinnamon.It slightly sweet.It only had 2,net carb and 1 gram of sugar.It gluten free.Is very full filling and satisfying.Great as a snack or meal replacement or on the go.

They are perfect for breakfast or a good snack to have in between meals. They are perfect to pack in your lunch or a good grab and go bar.
