I am very disappointed with the lack of information on replacing the filters on the ro ispring tankless 800 gpd. there is not one video anywhere that shows a step by step video of how to. The actual system has been great until my first filter replacement. I would never have bought this product had I know there was zero information available on this topic.

must flush system every time you want to drink
Not filtering properly. Flushed for the required 30 mins for new filters but anytime I want a glass of water, my TDS meter reads high, as if it's not installed and I have to flush it for a while before getting a glass of water. The company sent me new filters which I questions why since my filters were new but went along. Flushed the new filters for 30 mins again as required and still the same issue, you must do a really good flush EVERY SINGLE TIME you need a glass of water.
