FINALLY- a laymans version

Every book I've ever picked up about gluten free diet/cooking prattled on about this alternative flour and this base. Finally there is a book that explains what these flours are, what they do and how to use them BEFORE they actually start giving you recipes. And the nice thing is they give you how to create a base flour to keep to use for bunches of recipes. So that way you don't have to mix a new batch everyday. It might be Gluten free for Dummies but I'm glad I bought it because I don't feel like a dummy anymore.

Gluten-Free is now EASY !! And Fun !!

I LOVE this book! Recipes for breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks, and desserts using this home-made GF flour mixture. Plus excellent information on other aspects of living/eating gluten-free. Everyone should at least TRY the GF lifestyle and with this book it is easier.

This book is good for those who want general information on gluten-free cooking. The information on the gluten-free diet and basic cooking are broken down to a level that is easy to understand. This diet and ingredients for cooking are not an easy thing to adjust to but this book definitely has given me a good start on this new venture.
