Nice treat!

These are a good quick snack when you need something sweet! I've shared them with friends who are not watching carbs and sugar and they liked them as well!! It's a nice treat after you eat and just want a little something extra. I don't eat the bag at once. Just a few at a time. The texture is similar to the twist of licorice.

Allulose-sweetened snack that's tasty!

These "Red Twists" are low sugar, moderate calorie sweets. Love them! These are good for people who want to avoid sugar and sugar alcohol (erythritol) found in other healthy snacks and desserts. Allulose is the sweetener used instead of the typical sucralose and maltodextrin found in many products. While I love these "Red Twists", I'm not too fond of this companies "Sweet Fish" that I also purchased. The latter doesn't taste too well.
