Assembly process could be easier
The actual griddle components and cooking quality are five stars all day. But putting it together out of the box was not easy. The process is riddled with under designed components and small short drive screws. Cross threading is very easy if you're not careful I feel that the excellent griddle can simply be redesigned with more robust and easier to assemble components.
