Saves so much time!

The convenience of not messing with the starter for a week before you use it and of not feeding it forever just to have starter. Plus you have to remember to feed the starter on time. I like this starter for the time and money saved . Now I can just have r sourdough bread when I want it.

The dry sourdough starter comes in a small plastic bag. It works well if you know the basics and science of starter, otherwise I'd recommend buying active starter instead of dry form.
