Good Things Do Come In Small Packages !

When I saw this sander I was not quite sure if this was going to do the job and neither did my husband, I was thinking a sander at this low selling price how good can it be? My Hubby has been doing woodworking for about thirty years and he usually pays in the neighborhood of around forty to sixty dollars for a detail sander so when I saw the price I was a little hesitant to but Man was I surprised! It might be little but it sure is powerful. The 1.5 amp motor delivers a continuous no load speed of 13000 VPM (vibrations per minute) which does fast work of removing old finishes and other surfaces to get them ready for that new coat of paint. The shape of the sander gives you a more comfortable grip for better control while sanding. It comes with a dust bag but the one feature Hubby really liked was the vacuum hose adapter it saves so much clean up time and a covered power switch located on the front which keep the dust out of the sander. The base is soft with a hook and loop sanding pad which allows for better contact while sanding and gives you less vibration marks. The hook and loop system is great for fast on off changes of the standard point shaped hook back sand paper with vent holes which easily aligns to the base and stay firmly in place allowing for more control while sanding. The following items are included in the box. One Hyper Tough 1.5 amp Detail Sander,one dust bag, one vacuum w/hose adapter and three standard point shaped hook back pieces of sand paper (60,80,120 grit) if you looking for a really good detail sander I am going to recommend you give this one a try you won't be sorry... I have a craft project in mind if I can get it away from him long enough !!

small but mighty

This little sander was just what I needed. I have so many small projects I was putting off because of the hassle of our bigger, more powerful sanders. I have a set of teak furniture on my lanai that despertately need some love but have been putting if off because of the mess, and overall hassle of it all. Got the Hyper Tough 1.5-Amp Detail Sander in the mail and got to work. First it's a great size and weight. I put the dust bag on, put one of the sand paper (came with 3) sheets that came with the sander on, plugged it in and began sanding. It is a great little sander...no mess...worked perfectly for the chipping paint on the teak furniture. So fast and easy. I had the 2 chairs and loveseat done in about 20 minutes. I like the dust bag but it also came with an vacuum hose adapter if you would prefer. I don't know if this sander would work on big/tougher jobs but it is perfect for all my small home projects I've been putting off. I am very happy with the Hyper Tough 1.5-Amp Detail Sander and will be putting it to good use in the weeks to come.

HYPER TOUGH SANDER

MY HUSBAND AND I USED TO HAVE A WOOD WORKING SHOP UNTIL HIS HEALTH FAILED HIM. WE SOLD ALL OF OUR TOOLS AND I AM ALWAYS WISHING I HAD A TOOL WE HAD SOLD. I LOVED MY SANDER WITH THE BAG. NOW I HAVE THE HYPER TOUGH 1.5 AMP DETAIL SANDER THAT IS GOING TO BE SO USEFUL IN MAKING CRAFTS. IT USES A HOOK AND LOOP SAND PAPER FASTENING SYSTEM FOR QUICK AND EASY SAND PAPER CHANGES. THREE SHEETS COME WITH THE SANDER. THE PLUS IS THE DUST BAG ON THE SANDER AND A ROUND VAC PORT TO CONNECT TO A VACUUM. THE SANDER IS EASY TO GRASP AND HAS LITTLE VIBRATION. THE WAY IT COMES TO A POINT ALLOWS YOU TO GET IN TIGHT PLACES AND CORNERS. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THIS FOR MY MANY PROJECTS I AM ALWAYS STARTING.
