Size and quality issues.

We received it, and it was shrink wrapped in plastic. It appears they melted the plastic to seal it, and it melted the tarp also. We then measured the cover, and it was 18'9" x 19'9" (versus 20x20) so it won't work for us. I've reached out to them, and haven't heard back. That's not a promising sign either.
