highly upset and disappointed

My daughter got this Chromebook for Christmas. First off i know it said refurbished but it said it was a Grade A. Nothing grade A about what I received. It was banged up and scatched. She might have used it twice, it didnt hold a charge and power on. And half the keys stopped working. I pray I can get a refund to get her something else.
