Warranty information
Warranty:
All products sold by MYKEY PREMIUM LLC are covered under our Standard Warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. MYKEY PREMIUM LLC warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials during the warranty period.
In the event of a product failure during normal and proper use within the warranty period, MYKEY PREMIUM LLC will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective parts or the entire product with new or reconditioned parts or products that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied.
It's important to note that our Standard Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or modifications made to our products. Products that have been damaged, modified, or tampered with will not be eligible for warranty coverage unless the modification was explicitly specified and documented by our Technical Support Team.
All Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please retain your proof of purchase and contact our customer support for any warranty claims or inquiries. Our team is dedicated to addressing any issues and ensuring your satisfaction within the warranty period.
